860-434-1763 24 hours ahead of time if you know you are not going to make your appointment or drop-off for surgery. We want to serve all of our clients in a timely manner, but when we get no-shows we have just lost an opportunity to schedule someone else's pet who needs us, too. Please be cognizant of other pet owners' needs.

COVID Policy
We are still limiting the number of people who are in the facility at any one time. If you are here for an appointment or to pick-up medicine, food or other products, you MUST CALL to let us know you are here and WAIT for a staff member to let you in. If you don't have a cell phone on you at the time you arrive, PLEASE KNOCK on the front door or ring the bell and wait for a staff member to let you in.

Prescription Refills
There are now TWO ways you can order your refills! You may do so by calling the office at
860.434.1763, or you can request a refill through our pet portal, PETLY! Please know that either way you make your request, we require AT LEAST 24 HOURS advanced notice to fill your prescription.

Appointments and estimates must be requested by calling the office at 860.434.1763. We cannot give these through email. Current clients may request appointments through their Petly portal.
